Kannika Snehan (born on 8th July, 1994), is an actress who has made a name for herself in the Tamil film and television industry as well as modelling and directing. Kannika began her career by appearing on a television series called “Amudha Oru Aacharyakuri” that first aired on Kalaignar TV in 2011, and later did a host of “Sabash Sariyana Sirippu” as VJ. Thereafter, Kannika was featured in various successful Tamil Dramas including “Kalyana Veedu”. Her first film appearance in 2015 was for the feature film “Sarithiram Pesu”. Following her film debut, Kannika was seen in supporting roles in the Tamil films “Devarattam” and “Adutha Saatai”. She married Snehan (a lyricist) in 2021, and the couple welcomed twin daughters named Kadhal and Kavidhai in January 2025.
